(WLOTA 0991) between the 13th and 15th as JA4GXS/6 on CW, SSB, and
FT8 on 40, 20, and 17m. QSL via JA4GXS (d/B).
AS-080; HL3, Ch’ungch’ong-Namdo Province group: Han/DS2GOO,
Rew/DS4NYE, Rocky/HL1VAU, and more members of the Korea Contest
Club plan to operate from Hwang Island (WW Loc. PM36eo) between
Oct. 12 and 14. QRV as homecall/3 and D70LW/3 on 80-10m on CW, SSB,
RTTY, and FT8. QSL via homecalls, D70LW/3 via DS4NYE (d).
EU-026; JW, Spitsbergen Island: Just/LA9DL, Erling/LA6VM, and
Halvard/LA7XK will be active as JW9DL, JW6VM, and JW7XK respectively from Longyearbyen between Oct. 10 and 15. During the Scandinavian Activity Contest (SAC) they will be signing JW5X. QSL for JW7XK via LA7XK (d/B), LoTW, eQSL, ClubLog OQRS; JW9DL via LA9DL (d/B); JW6VM via LA6VM (d/B).
EU-045; I*0, Lazio Region group: IK5ABG, IK5BCM, IK5CRH, IU5ASA,
and IZ5NRF are currently active from Ventotene Island until Oct. 13
signing IB0/homecall and IB0/IQ5ZP on HF (CW, SSB, RTTY, FT8).
EU-049; SV, North Aegean Islands: Erich/HB9FIH remains active as
SV8/HB9FIH from Lesbos until Oct. 21 operating from numerous COTA,
SOTA, and lighthouse references. He also participates in activities by SZ8LES and plans will take part in the WAG Contest. QSL via LoTW, eQSL, HB9FIH (d/B).
NA-015; CO/KG4, Cuba: Bill/W4WV (KG4WV) and Al/W6HGF (KG4HF) are
returning to Guantanamo Bay (WW Loc. FK29kv, WLOTA 0358). QRV
between Oct. 10 and 24 on SSB, FT8, CW, PSK, and RTTY with a focus
